Please note that returns can only be accepted if the products are still sealed in their original packaging and we regret that we're unable to accept returns for opened or partially consumed food items.

Please include a copy of your order number on a slip inside the box so we can process your refund swiftly upon its return. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation or receipt. If you don't know your order number please contact us and we will be happy to look it up for you.

Issuing a refund
Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will process your refund using the payment method you originally used to make your purchase.
